Access to Thrive.com, a members only site containing your 12 week guide and supporting resources
Access to an online community chat room where you can share among your peers
A library of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks as well as guidance for food substitutions
A weekly review and analysis of your food log by Danielle, which includes her feedback, analysis and recommendations for moving forward (via email)
