Thrive by DSRD Nutrition is a 12 week online program where you follow your customized plan allowing you to get the best of Danielle at your pace. The 3-month membership gives you access to:

  • A customized food program written by Danielle detailing calories, nutrients needs, timing and meals

  • Access to Thrive.com, a members only site containing your 12 week guide and supporting resources

  • Access to an online community chat room where you can share among your peers

  • A library of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks as well as guidance for food substitutions

  • A weekly review and analysis of your food log by Danielle, which includes her feedback, analysis and recommendations for moving forward (via email)

  • Bimonthly personal conversations with Danielle to review your progress and ask questions

  • Educational articles, podcasts and videos 

  • Weekly exercise challenges
