We collaborate and plan out how to fit all one’s favorite foods in as to never feel deprived. If you do not restrict, you do not feel deprived and therefore you will never “fall off” your plan.
The second most essential aspect that makes my services superior is the level of support, guidance, coaching and education given to each and every client. We don’t just have a weekly meeting to discuss eating, progress, exercise. Clients have the option to check in daily via any form of communication necessary to stay on track. Consistency not perfection is the key to staying on track and seeing results.
